味觉博物馆位于沈阳铁西区红梅文创园内。文创院整体由红梅味精老厂区改造而来，博物馆建筑即和厂区老大门连为一体，是文创园的入口第一站。在策展主体上，直径叙事确立了由“红梅”到“味精”、由“味精”到“味觉”的话题跨越。创造性地从科学、文明、艺术三个维度诠释“味觉”，分别对应三个展厅空间，每一个都是全然不同的体验，突破了观众对“味觉”的惯常思维。目前，这也是国内第一个以“味觉”为主题的博物馆。味觉博物馆已于2019年10月15日开馆。

Taste Museum is located in Hongmei  Park, Tiexi District, Shenyang. Hongmei  Park  is transformed from the old factory of Hongmei MSG. The museum building is connected with the old gate of the factory. It is the first stop of Hongmei  Park. On the curatorial theme, the DND has established a topic spanning from “Hongmei” to “MSG” and from “MSG” to “taste”. Creatively interpret the “taste” from the three dimensions of science, civilization and art, each corresponding to three exhibition hall spaces, each of which is a completely different experience, breaking through the audience's usual impression of “taste”. At present, this is also the first museum in China with the theme of “taste”. Taste Museum was opened in October 2019.
